Thekla Set To Defend AEW Women’s World Title Against Starlight Kid At AEW Forbidden Door
Thekla vs. Starlight Kid confirmed for AEW Forbidden Door.
Earlier this month, Thekla spat at Stardom’s logo during the 6/3 AEW Dynamite. Tony Schiavone was trying to apologize to Stardom during this week’s AEW Collision Summer Blockbuster, but he was interrupted by Thekla.
She doubled down on her previous comments, saying that she had done a favor by spitting at Stardom’s logo, as now everyone is talking about them. She then asked Stardom to send their best wrestler for a shot at the AEW Women’s World Title at AEW Forbidden Door.
Later in the show, it was confirmed that Starlight Kid will be challenging Thekla at Forbidden Door.
