Thom Latimer is set to defend the gold at NWA 75.
On the August 22 episode of NWA Powerrr, NWA World Television Champion Thom Latimer and Chris Adonis faced Trevor Murdoch and Mike Knox. In the end, Adonis turned on Latimer by trapping him in the Master Lock. Murdoch and Knox then took advantage of the situation by pinning Latimer. After the bell, Adonis draped the title on top of Latimer to seemingly express his interest in challenging for the gold.
NWA posted a promo by Latimer on their Instagram page. In the message, Latimer made it clear that he wants to face Adonis at NWA 75, as he pointed out that neither one of them have a match at NWA 75.
As of this writing, NWA has yet to confirm the title match for NWA 75. Fightful will provide more information as it becomes available.
Latimer won the NWA World Television Championship by defeating Jordan Clearwater on the February 14 episode of NWA Powerrr.
