Thunder Rosa comments on her loss on AEW Collision.
On the July 20th edition of AEW Collision, Thunder Rosa and Deonna Purrazzo faced off once again, this time in a lumberjack match. With members of the AEW and ROH women's rosters surrounding the ring, Deonna would end up scoring the victory thanks to an assist from Taya Valkyrie.
In a digitial exclusive posted to AEW's social media channels after the show, Thunder Rosa addressed her loss to Deonna, noting that she feels she is beginning to lose herself.
"I can blame absolutely everybody for my mistakes, if I want to, if I really want to. But I'm the only one who disappointed my family, who disappointed my state. A couple years ago, I was on top. I won the championship, the Women's World Championship in my own house with my people, where everybody believed in me, where I believed in myself. But lately, I think I am losing myself. There's one thing, there's only one thing is starting right now. That is that I keep disappointing. Everyone. I wanna find myself again. I wanna believe in myself again."
