Thunder Rosa Says She'll Be Back On The Road With AEW Soon, But Not Wrestling

Thunder Rosa has provided another update on her status.

Rosa has been sidelined with a back injury since August when she announced she would have to step away from competition, creating an Interim AEW Women's Championship that eventually became the undisputed AEW Women's Championship due to Rosa's extended absence.

It is unknown when Rosa will return to the ring, but on Busted Open Radio, she said she will be back on the road with AEW soon.

"Since we're talking about AEW, I'm probably going to be coming back on the road pretty soon. Not to wrestle, but we're going to be out at AEW and showing face and being around all this stuff. It's going to be nice to be around everyone and see how things unfold," Rosa said while commenting on Saraya and Toni Storm turning on Willow Nightingale and the potential AEW Homegrown vs. AEW Import feud.

In early December, Rosa said she was lifting again, but wasn't back in the ring.

Fightful will continue to update fans on Rosa's status when more is known.
