Tino Sabbatelli Released By WWE

Tino Sabbatelli has been released again.

Fightful reports Tino Sabbatelli was part of the handful of releases made by WWE on June 25.

TKO CEO Ari Emanuel Received $65M Pay Package In 2023, Mark Shapiro Received $16M

Sabbatelli was originally signed by WWE in 2014, but was released by the company in April 2020. He briefly joined All Elite Wrestling, wrestling one match on AEW Dark in July 2020, but didn't return. He re-signed with WWE in October 2020, but never returned to television.

Fightful Select posted the following report on Sabbatelli in October:

Tino Sabbatelli was back at the WWE Performance Center this past week after being released in April as a part of the WWE cutbacks. Fightful was informed last week that Sabbattelli was listed internally as being scheduled to be at the venue, but that the sheet often has errors. However, Sabbatelli did end up showing up there.

Fightful has heard that Sabbatelli was the name getting the blame for leaking AEW information months back, which Chris Jericho called out as an "NXT reject." We don't know if Sabbatelli was actually leaking information from AEW, just that he's the person often referenced by those in AEW.
