The finals are set.
Master Wato and Titan will meet in the NJPW Best of Super Juniors 30 tournament finals. The bout will take place on May 28. Wato defeated "Speedball" Mike Bailey in the semifinals, while Titan bested El Desperado in his semifinal bout.
In the first semifinal bout, Master Wato defeated "Speedball" Mike Bailey with the Tsutenkaku German Suplex. Wato was the number two seed in the B Block, finishing with a 7-2 record and 14 points. Bailey was the top seed in the A Block, also finished with a 7-2 record and 14 points.
In the main event of the May 26 BOSJ event, Titan scored an upset victory over El Desperado, finishing him off with Llave Inmortal. Titan was the two seed in the A Block, finishing with a 6-3 record and 12 points. El Desperado topped the B Block with a 7-2 record and 14 points.
