TJ Wilson Jokes That He Doesn’t Like That Brodie Lee Jr Is Better At Promos Than Him At 14 Than He Was At 28

Brodie Lee Jr cut his first two big stage promos at recent GCW events, challenging Joey Janela to a match at Spring Break X.

Brodie Jr has worked extensively on his in-ring skills at the Dungeon with TJ Wilson, Nattie, and others, and now he’s getting the promo part of his game down.

Speaking to Dan Marston on Marston Moment, TJ talked about Brodie’s promo skills.

“He sent me something he just did on these two shows, doing a promo. I’m like, I don’t really like the fact [laughs], I love, but I don’t really like the fact that he’s better at promos at 14 than I was at 28. I got there, eventually. I’m not saying I’m The Rock, I would never say that, I’m not an idiot. They got better. The fact that this kid, at 14, he’s cut two really good promos. It kind of drives me crazy. In a good way. I love it. It’s awesome to see because the fact that he’s good at the promo aspect is hilarious because, especially as a kid, he’s really focused on the in-ring. He knows [promos] are very important too and he understands that aspect,” said TJ.

Brodie Jr will have his first singles match at Spring Break X against Janela during WrestleMania week. Fans can learn more here.
