TNT Sports CEO Luis Silberwasser Set To Depart Merged Paramount-WBD Company
A big name from TNT is leaving Warner Brothers Discovery.
CNBC is reporting that TNT Sports CEO Luis Silberwasser is set to depart WBD when the company closes its merger with Paramount on Tuesday, October 6. The news was reportedly broke to employees in a private email on Monday.
Silberwasser took the role in June 2022 after the Warner Brothers-Discovery merger. His next move is currently unknown.
CNBC also reports that David Berson, the current president and CEO of CBS Sports, will lead a newly formed group that will oversee all networks and platforms under the Skydance brand. This includes AEW, which airs Collision on TNT and Dynamite on TBS.
