Tommaso Ciampa On AEW: I Ain’t Here For A Cup Of Coffee. This Is It Man, Final Stop.
Tommaso Ciampa is here for the long haul.
Eight days ago, Ciampa debuted for AEW by confronting Mark Briscoe on AEW Dynamite. Just a couple of days later, the ‘Psycho Killer’ defeated Briscoe to win the TNT Championship.
Speaking with Uncrowned/Yahoo Sports for a new interview, Tommaso Ciampa noted that he’s not in AEW for a “cup of coffee” and that the promotion is his “final stop”.
“I want to be a part of that movement, and I’m willing to work my way through that. I told them the first time we had a discussion [in late January], I ain’t here for a cup of coffee and I ain’t going anywhere. This is it, man. Final stop. We’ve got 10 years. Let’s see what we get out of it.”
