Perhaps Rich Swann is attempting to keep his friends close and enemies closer.
Last week, it was announced that Tommy Dreamer would challenge Rich Swann for the World Championship of IMPACT Wrestling on Tommy's 50th birthday, February 13 at No Surrender.
Following that, Tommy and Rich were successful in a raging wildfire of an eight-man tag team main event which saw the returning Trey Miguel score the victory. On the opposing side, Moose and Chris Bey, who have also been chasing down Rich Swann and his World Championship were not happy to be on the losing end of a match that they did not take the pinfall in. Now, a tag team main event has been set for the first episode of IMPACT in February 2020.

Tommy Dreamer will team with Rich Swann to go against Bey and Moose. As it stands, Rich Swann has agreed to face Moose for the World Championship but an agreed-upon date has yet to be reached.
Also announced for this show Larry D vs. Crazzy Steve. This continues the saga of the attempted murder of John E. Bravo.

This upcoming episode of IMPACT on AXS TV will also feature TJP vs. Rohit Raju, Susan vs. Jordynne Grace, and an appearance by Matt Hardy and Private Party of AEW.
