Toni Storm Wants Matches With Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks And Ronda Rousey

Toni Storm has a lot of things she wants to check off her bucket list.

The current NXT UK Women's Champion Toni Storm has had a testing 2019 but all the trails and tribulations were put to the side when she became the second woman to hold the NXT UK Women's Title by defeating Rhea Ripley at TakeOver: Blackpool. On top of her duties in WWE, Storm is making the rounds on the independent scene as she still makes appearances and competes for PROGRESS and wXw.

Becky Lynch Says That Seth Rollins Recently Underwent Surgery On His Knee

There are a number of opponents that the 23-year old Storm has battled in her career and during an interview with the 'Daily Star', she brought up how fans tell her they want to see a Toni Storm versus Becky Lynch bout and Toni added the names of Sasha Banks and RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey to that list of talents in WWE that she wants to mix it up with as well.

"Hell yeah. Becky is mentioned a lot and it kind of seems like everyone wants to see that. I feel like there would be massive chemistry there. She has even said she can't wait to step in the ring with me, and I am like 'Yes, me too', and obviously there is Ronda, Sasha and that. I would just love it. Just imagine, it would be cool." Toni expressed.

Storm also reflected on her NXT UK Women's Title win. She tried to detail the feeling that was going through her body as she loaded Rhea Ripley up for the "Storm Zero" and hearing the referee's hand hit the mat for the third time and to start off her description, Storm said imagine the muscles in your body tensing up.

"Just imagine you have tensed all your muscles, but times a hundred, it is like, 'Oh god'. Every moment comes back round, I thought so many things in one second. I remember when I was just 13, and a little shy kid who first walked into a training school. I didn't know how to move, and I was awkward, and wrestling is hard. It is so hard to keep going, and all the visions come back, the pain, the sacrifice, not seeing my family, giving up any normality, sleeping on floors. When I was in the ring, it all came back around and it hit me, and it felt like anything can be done - literally anything if I can do this." Storm said.

All three of Toni Storm's potential opponents that she named during this interview are involved in championship matches at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view and to view the updated match card for the 32nd annual Royal Rumble event, click here.
