Tony D’Angelo Challenging Grayson Waller For NXT Championship At Halloween Havoc
Tony D is looking to regain the title.
Closing out the 10/13 edition of WWE NXT on The CW saw Tony D’Angelo versus Myles Borne to determine who would challenge Grayson Waller for the NXT Championship at the Halloween Havoc Premium Live Event on October 31st.
There was a cameraman standing on top of the ring apron, and Borne started focusing on the individual. It led to him being distracted, and D’Angelo ended up defeating Myles to secure the win.
Post-match, Tavion Heights revealed himself as the cameraman, and he went after Borne. He proceeded to powerbomb Borne through the announce desk. In September, Borne sneak-attacked Heights for the second time and put him on the shelf when he placed Heights’ ankle between a chair and stomped on it.
