Tony Khan Says AEW Worlds End Recorded The Most Buys For Any AEW Pay-Per-View On HBO Max

Tony Khan touts a huge stat for AEW.

The promotion capped off 2025 with the Worlds End pay-per-view, which took place in Chicago. The event featured many of AEW’s top stars like Jon Moxley, MJF, Mercedes Mone, Darby Allin, Kazuchika Okada, Kris Statlander, Adam Page, and many others.

Speaking with Adrian Hernandez of Unlikely for a new interview, Khan revealed that Worlds End 2025 recorded the most HBO Max buys for any AEW pay-per-view.

“I would be remiss if I didn’t bring this up, AEW Worlds End, we’ve been told by HBO, is the most buys yet for any AEW pay-per-view on HBO Max. We’re continuing to grow. This is probably going to end up being one of the biggest Worlds End events ever and so far, it’s our biggest pay-per-view yet on HBO Max. So, that’s even more momentum.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Tony Khan was asked about Chris Jericho’s future with AEW. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
