Tony Khan Announces AEW World Tag Titles Will Be Vacated, Multi-Bracket Tournament Will Crown New Champions

Tony Khan has announced the future of the AEW World Tag Titles.

Sting has retired undefeated in AEW, but Sting has also retired as one-half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions. Now, these titles will be vacated and a tournament will be held to crown new champions.

Tony Khan made this announcement during the media scrum following AEW Revolution. He revealed that the tournament would have more than one bracket and said that more details would be announced at a later date.
