Tony Khan Comments On WrestleMania 37 Weather Issues, How He Handled Rain Issues In AEW

WrestleMania 37 got off to a delayed start with severe weather coming through Tampa and Raymond James Stadium.

The show started at 8 p.m. ET, but the action didn't begin until roughly 8:40 p.m. ET as WWE tarped the ring and tried to dry the surfaces from the rain.

Unfortunately, not every surface was 100% dry as Mandy Rose slipped during her entrance in the Tag Team Turmoil bout. A crew was sent out to dry the ramp after the mishap.

AEW President Tony Khan has dealt with weather issues over the last year as AEW has held events outdoors at Daily's Place in Jacksonville since the pandemic started. Taking to social media, Khan reflected on how he dealt with the issues.
