Tony Khan has appeared on AEW television in the role of general manager for the first time during the debut of AEW Dark: Elevation.
Confronting the World Heavyweight Champion, Kenny Omega, Tony Khan has laid down the law and has booked a match between Kenny Omega and Matt Sydal for the March 24 episode of Dynamite and if Matt wins, he will get a World Championship match against Kenny Omega.

Omega had promised Sydal a match but tried to weasel his way into one after Sydal wrestled twice.
Tony Khan had previously promised that he would not be an on-screen character but after portraying one for the past several months in IMPACT Wrestling oh, he has now seemingly transitioned into playing a character on his own television show.
