Tony Khan Provides ‘Bill Watts Explanation’ For Hangman Page And Other Babyfaces Attending MJF And Alicia Atout’s Wedding

MJF and Alicia Atout were recently married. On social media, photos are showing fellow AEW stars at the event, including many with whom MJF has had on-screen issues. Jeff Jarrett, Hangman Page, Daniel Garcia, and more were photographed at the celebration. Even AEW President Tony Khan was there.
With so many babyfaces and heels co-mingling, Khan provided an explanation on social media that he thinks “Cowboy” Bill Watts would be proud of.

Bill Watts was the promoter of Mid-South Wrestling, also known as the UWF. A traditionalist, Watts believed in fining talents who “exposed” the industry. Watts, like many in his era, believed that babyfaces and heels should be kept apart from one another in all public settings.
