Tony Khan claps back yet again.
On October 12, 2023, Tony Khan once again took to social media, this time to point out a new record set by WWE... well, if you want to call it that.
Khan mentioned that until this week, WWE had never hosted a television show, featuring John Cena and The Undertaker, that drew under 1,000,000 viewers. Khan is referencing the October 10 episode of WWE NXT, which drew 921,000 viewers. AEW Dynamite, which ran head to head with NXT, drew 609,000 viewers.

With all due respect, until this week's head-to-head AEW on TBS vs WWE on USA, neither John Cena nor Undertaker had ever been on a WWE show with under 1 million total viewers + under 400k in the demo
WWE NXT last drew over 1,000,000 viewers on the September 25, 2019, when the show recorded 1.006 million viewers. This was the second episode of NXT on the USA Network.
In recent days, Khan has been very active on social media, pointing out that Vince McMahon allegedly used his power and influence to shoot a lot of shots, and that Shawn Michaels blew his chance at winning Booker Of The Year after the October 10 episode of NXT.
