Tony Khan: “We Are Absolutely, I Believe, Heading Towards Where Both The Women & Men’s Wrestlers Will Be Settling Issues In Blood & Guts”

There are likely going to be two Blood & Guts matches.
November 12th is the date of All Elite Wrestling’s Blood & Guts event. It is emanating from the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Although the full teams have not been rounded out, a Blood & Guts challenge from Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata was thrown out to Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Skye Blue & Julia Hart).
During the pre-AEW WrestleDream media call, Tony Khan was asked if there would be two Blood & Guts matches at this year’s event, and he said the following:
“There are some rivalries in the AEW men’s locker room that are really bubbling, and getting very interesting, and I know there are forces clamoring to participate in the Blood & Guts match, but I also know that the women’s locker room is the most intense and the most competitive scene that we’ve ever had in AEW’s women’s wrestling and we are absolutely, I believe, heading towards where both the women wrestlers and the men’s wrestlers will be settling issues in Blood & Guts and without committing exactly who and when and where and what, I think we are building towards those things…”
There has not been a men’s Blood & Guts challenge issued as of this writing. The upcoming bout featuring Triangle of Madness, Jamie Hayter, and Queen Aminata will be the first women’s installment of the match type.
