Trent Seven Discusses How The U.K. Wrestling Scene Has Evolved Since He First Started Wrestling

Trent Seven is proud of what the U.K. wrestling scene has become.

One-third of 'British Strong Style', Trent Seven, at 36-years of age is heading into his eighth year as a professional wrestler. Throughout his time as an in-ring performer Seven has captured a number of championships around the United Kingdom scene including winning the PROGRESS Tag Team Championships with both Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate on separate occasions.

Seven is currently at the 'Royal Albert Hall' in London as WWE is taping day-one of the WWE United Kingdom Championship tournament as of this writing. Seven will be in six-man tag action alongside Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate and they will be taking on The Undisputed Era. Along with that match the U.K. Championship tournament will roll on with some of the best talents from that area of the world competing for an opportunity to challenge Pete Dunne for his title. While speaking with 'The Sun', Trent Seven spoke on how he could not be more proud to see how far wrestling has come in the United Kingdom.

?The British scene has changed massively since I started. As things grow, more eyes are on you, more money is available, shows can be in better venues, and have better quality performers and production." He continued, "You go to Fight Club: PRO, PROGRESS, or Attack!, and you get three completely different outlooks on professional wrestling ? but the production quality is second to none. The eight men wrestling in this tournament understand they?re not just wrestling for themselves, or local companies, they?re wrestling for the nation. They?re representing the quality of wrestling that we need to be presenting to the rest of the world.?

Trent Seven also went over wanting to pummel The Undisputed Era, revealed the job that he was working prior to becoming a professional wrestler, and more. To read the full interview with Trent Seven, click here.
