Trevor Murdoch is willing to risk it all.
At The Gathering II on July 24, Trevor Murdoch stated he would put his career on the line for another shot at the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title against Nick Aldis at NWA 73 on August 29.
Aldis defeated Murdoch in the main event of The Gathering II, successfully defending the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.
The NWA has yet to make the match for NWA 73 official.
Aldis defeated Murdoch at NWA When Our Shadows Fall, but the bout was marred in controversy. Murdoch had the cloverleaf locked in on Aldis, but the referee called for the bell and DQ'd Murdoch for hitting Aldis with a chain.
