Trey Miguel: I’m A Different Man Today

Trey Miguel was noticeably absent from The Rascalz’s debut on AEW Collision. Zachary Wentz, Dezmond Xavier, and Myron Reed were all present in the backstage segment, but Miguel was not ,despite being signed by AEW.

Fightful Select had reported that Miguel has been released by AEW, but further details were not given. Miguel posted on social media that he was stepping away from wrestling.

On Monday, Miguel posted the following message, seemingly addressing past comments that came to light upon his AEW signing.

“I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my time. I’ve always apologized and did my best to put a better foot forward after. I don’t preach hate and I don’t take any pride in being hateful. I’m a man of faith, I believe in forgiveness and only ever preach that. I’m a different man today,” he wrote.

Fightful reported that AEW remained on amicable terms with Trey Miguel.
