Trick Williams speaks on why he feels Razor Ramon is worthy of being part of his Mount Rushmore of professional wrestlers.
Razor Ramon is one of the most iconic characters in the history of pro wrestling, utilizing his charisma to connect with the audience, whether that be as a heel or a babyface, and has proven to be the inspiration for several of today’s most charismatic pro wrestlers, including Williams.
While speaking to SneakerReporter in a new interview, Trick Williams was asked to name his Mount Rushmore of professional wrestlers, naming Ramon amongst them. Trick would then explain why Ramon lands on his Mount Rushmore, noting that he ‘owned every single moment.’
“Just so cool, man. A guy who- he didn’t beg for cheers. He didn’t beg for acceptance. He just walked out in his skin. When I hop out, you can hop in. You know what I mean? He just owned every single moment. You know what I mean? I just thought he was the coolest dude, you know, out there. So, yeah, Razor Ramon, he definitely in mine because, you know, I like to watch his film, and watch the way that he approached certain situations and scenarios, and he’s a bad guy, man.”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Trick spoke about his dream matches in the world of wrestling. You can read more about that here.
