Another big match has been announced for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
During the June 15 episode of Dynamite, Jon Moxley and Hiroshi Tanahashi had a face-to-face encounter ahead of their Interim World Championship Match at the June 26 event, They, however, were interrupted by Chris Jericho who stated his belief that he should be competing for the belt.
Jericho then called The Jericho Appreciation Society to attack Moxley and Tanahashi, but it was Suzuki-gun's Lance Archer and Desperado making a surprise appearance, attacking the two men from behind. They were then joined by Jericho and his faction.
Jericho proceeded to reveal that Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti are the newest members of The JAS. He also said that Archer and Desperado are on loan from Minoru Suzuki and Suzuki will be teaming up with him and Sammy at Forbidden Door in a match against Wheeler Yuta, Shota Umino, and Eddie Kingston.
