Triple H has announced on Twitter that there will be a special taping of NXT at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Tickets will go on sale Thursday.
UCF's CFE Arena has a capacity of over 9,000, depending on the configuration, far more than the few hundred that attend tapings at Full Sail University. It's likely they have an important match planned for that night, which might not air until right before Mania weekend. NXT has taped there in the past, notably last January, with a #1 Contendership match between Sami Zayn and Samoa Joe as the headliner.
NXT Takeover: San Antonio takes place on January 28th at the Freeman Coliseum the night before The Royal Rumble. Shinsuke Nakamura defending his NXT Title against Bobby Roode is expected to be the main event.
