Triple H offloaded a handful of WWE shares on August 26.
According to a new SEC filing, Triple H disposed of 45,388 of Class A Common Stock at $45.61 per share. That comes out to roughly $2,070,146.
The following day, August 27, Triple H sold another 7,419 shares at $45.83 per share, which comes out to roughly $340,012.
The total value comes out to $2,410,158.
Triple H still has 81,325 worth of shares to his name.
The price reported is a weighted average price received for the shares. The actual prices were in a range of $45.80 to $45.98 for the first transaction and the actual prices were in a range of $45.50 to $46.01 for the second transaction.
Triple H, along with Vince & Stephanie McMahon and other WWE executives sold shares in July. At that time, Triple H sold 10,628 shares at $46.26, which was roughly $491,651.
