Tyson Kidd Says WWE Keeping Him Off Total Divas

Tyson Kidd will not be on Total Divas and he thinks he knows why.

The former tag-team champion, Kidd has been out of action since June 2015. The injury occurred in a dark match with Samoa Joe.  He recently tweeted about the anniversary of his intense neck surgery

Tony Schiavone: I'm Excited That My Long-Time Career Will Continue For Another Four To Five Years

Since being out, he has routinely appeared on Total Divas alongside his wife Natalya, but Kidd Tweeted on Thursday that WWE took him off of the show.

Though he did not provide any answers at first, he eventually stated a theory on why he will not be appearing on the E! network. He believes his injury and his recovery make some of WWE uncomfortable but did not elaborate.

Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that their sources are saying that Kidd is probably onto something here. They say Kidd still hasn’t healed from his injury and the WWE is worried about him speaking out about the night he was hurt, which Bruce Hart, Natalya's uncle, has said included serious negligence on the part of the WWE. Pro Wrestling Sheet is also reporting that Kidd does want to talk about it, but is prohibited from doing so by his WWE contract.

Kidd first appeared on Total Divas in its first season. His wedding with Natalya was featured in 2013 and in 2016 he appeared when talking about a special gift from the late Dusty Rhodes. The seasons each have their own focus on particular members of WWE's roster. The show even produced a spin-off called Total Bellas

Total Divas airs Wednesday at 8pm on E!. It is currently in the middle of the sixth season.
