Ultimate X is returning to IMPACT.
IMPACT Wrestling announced that Josh Alexander will defend the X-Division title in an Ultimate X match at Slammiversary against Trey Miguel, Ace Austin, Chris Bey, Rohit Raju, and Petey Williams. IMPACT Slammiversary is scheduled for July 17.
The five-way number one contenders bout between Trey, Austin, Bey, Rohit, and Petey at Against All Odds ended in a no contest when Madman Fulton got involved.
The last Ultimate X match took place on April 4, 2019 at IMPACT United We Stand. The bout featured John Morrison (Johnny IMPACT), Ace Austin, Dante Fox, Jake Crist and Pat Buck. Morrison won the match, earning a future X-Division Championship match.
