Unbound Co. Defeats United Empire For NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Titles At NJPW King Of Pro-Wrestling

Unbound Co. took the belts from United Empire.
The first title match of the 2026 installment of NJPW King of Pro-Wrestling was a NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Title bout. United Empire (Will Ospreay, Great-O-Khan & HENARE) defended the belts against Unbound Co. (Jeff Cobb, Yuto-Ice & OSKAR).
It was United Empire’s first defense of the belts since they won the titles in May 2026. OSKAR and Yuto-Ice went into the bout as IWGP Tag Team Champions.
As the match was ongoing, United Empire’s Callum Newman showed up and slid a chair to O-Khan. Later on, HENARE accidentally took O-Khan out, and the Knock Out Brothers capitalized on that. The AEW World Champion Ospreay tried to break up the pinfall, but OSKAR stopped him, and Unbound Co. became the new NEVER 6-Man Tag Team Champions.
Callum Newman quickly left the camera’s view after the match ended, but he jetted back to the ring and attacked OSKAR and Ice. He had a sword in hand, but Ospreay tried to take it from him, and Newman took a swing at Ospreay.
Ospreay ducked it and went face-to-face with Newman. Newman then walked off and left the ring.
