The Undertaker: I'm Really High On Omos, He's An Attraction And He Needs To Be Special

The Undertaker praises Omos.

Omos debuted on WWE TV in 2020. He was initially featured on Raw Underground before he became AJ Styles' bodyguard. The duo eventually captured the Raw Tag Team Championship and had a dominant run with the titles. Omos and Styles later split up, and the giant joined forces with MVP. Since then, he has feuded with stars like Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman. Omos is currently in another high-profile feud; he and former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar have been engaged in a buzzworthy rivalry in recent weeks, and they will face off at WrestleMania 39.

Speaking with Alex McCarthy of Sportsmail, WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker discussed a number of topics. McCarthy highlighted what the legend had to say about Omos on Twitter, and he praised the giant, both as a person and as a talent. "The Phenom" noted that Omos is the kind of talent he looks for when he sees someone he wants to mentor, but he described how it's difficult to book him the way he should be presented.

"I’m really high on Omos. He’s still developing that talent and my gosh what a great human being he is. Actually, I'm killing him off cause he’s a bad guy right now, but he is a really nice human being and he is a sponge, he wants to get better He wants to do all of the things that I look for when I see somebody that I really want to mentor, but it’s difficult because its just so hard to book him in a way that he should be booked. He is an attraction, he’s not an every week tv kind of guy, he needs to be special," The Undertaker said.
