Undertaker: Triple H Runs WWE Very Calmly, It's Almost Too Calm For Me

Undertaker comments on the atmosphere in WWE with Triple H running the show.

Undertaker was a WWE Superstar for 30 years and all of those 30 years, Vince McMahon was running the show. WWE is currently running for the first time without a McMahon employed by the company.

Vince McMahon's son-in-law Triple H, someone Undertaker knows very well is currently running the show as WWE's Chief Content Officer. During an episode of his Six Feet Under podcast, Undertaker praised Triple H for being able to run WWE in such a calm manner, in many ways the antithesis of what Undertaker was used to under McMahon.

"He's doing it calmly," Undertaker said when it was mentioned that Triple H is running the day-to-day operations of WWE from a creative standpoint. "So I'm not I'm not around, obviously, like I used to be. When I was working full-time, or even when I wasn't working full-time. It was just so chaotic."

Undertaker also speaks on the youthful nature of the current WWE roster and says that from the outside looking in, it can sometimes appear as though things are too relaxed and that the men and women in WWE don't have the same level of care as the rosters that preceded them. Still, Undertaker understands that this is not the case.

"There is like this calm backstage. The crew itself, the talent, they're relatively young. Top to bottom, they're young people. They're all so chill," he said. "I've seen Triple H get worked up, but I haven't seen him yell at Talent. I haven't seen him bad mouth anybody.

There's been times where you come back through the curtain and you know that ass-chewing is coming. I haven't seen that with him," Undertaker continued. "Like I said, I haven't been around a whole lot, but I've been around enough, and I know him well enough, and I can just tell it's such a chill vibe. For me, I almost don't like it because it's almost too calm. To me, and this is just me on the outside looking in, it's like they don't care enough. It's not that. It's just the atmosphere."
