Undisputed Era To Defend NXT Tag Team Titles Against Street Profits On 10/2 NXT

NXT Tag Team title bout official for upcoming NXT episode.

NXT will go live for two hours on USA Network beginning Oct. 2 and NXT General Manager William Regal has confirmed a big-time title bout. Regal took to social media to announce that The Undisputed Era (Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish) will defend their NXT Tag Team Championships against The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) on Oct. 2.

O'Reilly & Fish captured the gold from Ford & Dawkins on the Aug. 28 (taped Aug. 15) episode of NXT. The Street Profits won the vacant titles in a fatal four-way ladder match at NXT TakeOver: XXV on June 1.

Undisputed Era currently holds all the gold in NXT with Adam Cole serving as NXT Champion and Roderick Strong winning the NXT North American Title from Velveteen Dream on the Sept. 18 episode of NXT.

Oct. 2 marks the first night both hours of NXT will air live on USA Network. Wednesday's, Sept. 25, edition will follow the same format as Sept. 18, which sees the first hour on USA and the second hour on WWE Network.
