Wrestling fans will not have to wait until Worlds Collide to get a taste of NXT vs. NXT UK as Undisputed ERA will take on Gallus as part of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic on the 1/8 edition of NXT Television.
The tandem representing the Undisputed ERA will be the NXT Tag Team Champions, Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly. The Undisputed ERA won the entire tournament in 2018 and is looking to repeat their success two years later.
The Undisputed ERA and Gallus clash in Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic this Wednesday
In addition to Imperium vs. The Forgotten Sons, another Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic first round battle will take place this Wednesday, as NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish of The Undisputed ERA battle reigning NXT UK Tag Team Champions Mark Coffey & Wolfgang of Gallus.
O’Reilly & Fish are riding high after being named NXT’s Tag Team of the Year for 2019, but the Scottish bruisers will certainly be looking to send The Undisputed ERA crashing back to earth.
NXT UK Is being represented for the first time in the tournament with their participation being split 50-50 as they will also have four teams in the tournament, equal to the standard NXT brand.
Also, WWE has announced a Fatal 4-Way match that will determine the next Number One Contender for Roderick Strong and his North American Championship that will also take place on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
