WWE United States Championship Rematch Scheduled Between Shinsuke Nakamura And Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy wants his automatic rematch. 

Before the WWE United States Championship Match at Extreme Rules, Shinsuke Nakamura hit Champion Jeff Hardy in the groin. The match started and Nakamura quickly hit his finisher and won. After the match, Randy Orton showed up and kicked Hardy in the groin.

The match begins with Nakamura nailing Hardy with a low blow while the referee’s back was turned, the bell rings and Nakamura lands a Kinshasa for the three count.

Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura, your new WWE United States Champion

After the match, Randy Orton makes his way to the ring as Shinsuke Nakamura was celebrating his win. Orton and Nakamura have a staredown after Nakamura retreats to the arena floor, Orton goes after Jeff Hardy by stomping on his balls.

The match was the first Championship victory for Nakamura since coming to the main roster in 2017. After the events of the match, the rematch was announced during the Extreme Rules broadcast.
