Fans in attendance at Ring of Honor's 15th Anniversary pay-per-view witnessed a grisly sight.
Then-ROH six-man tag team champion TK O'Ryan was forced to undergo surgery after an Asai moonsault went awry during the Kingdom's match with Dalton Castle and The Boys. O'Ryan's shin cracked the outside guard rail, forcing the wrestler out of the match, which was wrapped up almost immediately after.
In an effort to earn money while sidelined, O'Ryan attempted to open up a Pro Wrestling Tees Store, but didn't meet the minimum follower requirement. He would go on to put over ROH and BMC for taking care of him.
