WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that WWE’s creative team is operating under the assumption that Rock will not be available to take part in any substantial storyline for WrestleMania 43. As history has shown, plans can change quickly, but as of right now, the company is moving forward with the assumption that Rock will not involved with the show.
