The men's Money in the Bank begins to take shape.
On the June 21, 2021 episode of Monday Night Raw, the men's Money in the Bank ladder match began to take shape as Ricochet earned a surprise victory over AJ Styles, thanks in part to the Viking Raiders neutralizing Omos.
In recent weeks on television, Ricochet had been chasing Sheamus and the WWE United States Championship but as Sheamus suffered a broken nose, Ricochet found a way to earn himself another opportunity.

Also on tonight's episode, John Morrison qualified for the ladder match by defeating Randy Orton and an upset victory thanks in part to the drip stick and The Miz.

Lastly, Riddle qualified for the Ladder Match by defeating former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. After the match, Randy Orton looked on, seemingly disgruntled.
