Usos Declare Love For Roman Reigns, Call Paul Heyman A Rat, And Lay Out Solo Sikoa On 6/23 SmackDown

A busy night for the newly-liberated Jimmy and Jey Uso on June 23.

Jimmy and Jey Uso opened the June 23 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown with a promo discussing their decision to leave Roman Reigns and The Bloodline finally. Jey Uso admitted that family is not supposed to be this way, and they are supposed to lift each other up, revealing that they still love Roman Reigns. However, neither Jimmy nor Jey Uso has anything kind to say about Paul Heyman, comparing him to a rat that would lead Roman Reigns to snakes.

Discussing the upcoming tag team match at WWE Money in the Bank, The Usos said they are the best tag team in the game and promised they would take Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa to the Uso penitentiary.

Speaking of Solo, he was in a very angry mood for the entirety of the June 23 episode of SmackDown. First, he took out Ridge Holland with a Samoan Spike backstage. This prompted Sheamus to challenge Solo to a fight.

Their main event match would end in a referee stoppage after Solo utilized the Samoan Hip Attack to put Sheamus through the barricade on the outside of the ring. Jimmy and Jey Uso would come back out at the end of the night to stop their brother from doing any more damage, dropping him with Double Superkicks and a double Uso Splash.

The show went off the air with Jimmy and Jay celebrating as Paul Heyman appeared to call Roman Reigns on his cell phone.

Roman Reigns will return on June 30. Check out that full lineup here.
