The Usos Set To Defend SmackDown Tag Team Titles At WWE Day 1

The SmackDown Tag Team Titles will be on the line at WWE Day 1.

On the December 3 episode of WWE SmackDown, King Woods was set to face Jey Uso in a match, when he revealed that Kofi Kingston was back. Kofi has been out of action ever since a post-Bend The Knee match attack from Roman Reigns and The Usos in which they specifically targeted Kofi's knee.

Woods would win tonight's match via disqualification after Jimmy got involved. Kofi quickly jumped in the ring and along with Woods, sent The Usos to the back. Shortly after, Woods and Kingston spoke with Kayla Braxton backstage and announced that they would be getting revenge on The Bloodline for their actions by taking the Tag Team Titles from them at WWE Day 1 on January 1, 2022.
