The Usos vs. The Street Profits Set For 5/28 WWE SmackDown

The Usos are set to team up for the first time in over a year.

On May 7, Jimmy Uso returned to WWE TV for the first time since his brief appearance at last October's Hell in a Cell. With Daniel Bryan banished from SmackDown, Roman Reigns introduced his cousin with the intention of them joining forces. Things backfired, however, when Jimmy refused to acknowledge Reigns as The Tribal Chief and questioned why his brother Jey is acting like Roman's "b*tch."

Believing that he and Jey don't need to play second fiddle to Roman, Jimmy visited Sonya Deville and had a tag team match made for next week, May 28th, against The Street Profits. Jey didn't take the news well, saying that he had to run it by The Head of the Table first. Roman didn't seem thrilled either and said that the only "we" here is the two of them. As long as he continues to stand in opposition to the family, working with Jimmy doesn't seem to be allowed.

Prior to his match last week against Cesaro, Jimmy Uso had been out of action since WrestleMania 36. He and Jey have not had a tag team match together since losing to The New Day on SmackDown on March 21, 2020.

Whether or not Jey decides to team with his brother or remain Roman's right-hand man remains to be seen.
