Vampiro Makes Surprise Appearance At NWA Crockett Cup, Helps La Rebelión Advance In Tournament

Night One of the NWA's Crockett Cup ended with a surprise.

The June 3 event was headlined by La Rebelión (Bestia 666 and Mecha Wolf) taking on Flip Gordon and Psycho Boy Fodder in a Tag Tournament Match. The bout almost didn't happen, however, as Fodder was reportedly dealing with an injury and his team didn't come out for the start of the match. Flip, though, would confront La Rebelión and insist on facing them alone.

Fodder would return towards the end of the match, though his efforts were all for naught because Vampiro appeared out of nowhere, assisting La Rebelión, who would promtly pick up the victory. After the bell, Vampiro would stare down the victors before walking up the ramp, leaving all in attendance, including the announce team, wondering why he was there.

The last time Vampiro appeared in the NWA was in March 2023, when he and Blue Demon Jr. challenged La Rebelión for the NWA World Tag Team Titles.
