Vickie Guerrero gives her take on a controversial topic.
Vickie Guerrero has tallied up a total of fourteen years in the sport of professional wrestling as a manger and on-screen figurehead. Vickie Guerrero was a part of the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble match in 2018 and was also present in the New York and New Jersey areas for WrestleMania 35 weekend.
WSVN-TV's Chris Van Vliet had the opportunity to sit down with Vickie Guerrero for 17 minutes and the two parties conversed about Sasha Banks, the women's evolution in WWE and what is was like for her to be on WWE TV after Eddie Guerrero's passing. Vickie also shared her thoughts about the late former World Heavyweight Champion Chris Benoit and opened up about how close her family was to Benoit's family. Vickie went on to conclude her sentiments by saying that despite the tragic deaths of Nancy, Daniel and Chris Benoit, she would like to see Chris honored via the WWE Hall Of Fame.
"It's a sad situation. I loved Chris Benoit. His family was our family. His wife Nancy, we were close friends and their son Daniel and we were all really close. I wasn't there when it happened and I don't understand why it happened but I still love him. Aside from all of that he loved us and he respected us. He was a talented wrestler and he had his own legacy and I think that it shouldn't be ignored and it's sad how things turned out but I would like to see him inducted into the Hall of Fame." She said.
