Vince McMahon Sells About $250 Million Of TKO Shares To Endeavor

Vince McMahon has offloaded more TKO stock.

A new SEC filing shows that Endeavor has purchased 1,579,080 worth of TKO shares from Vince McMahon. The per share price is $158.32, making the total come out to about $250 million.

Vince still holds 6,442,325 TKO shares, putting him at roughly 3% of TKO.

McMahon has now sold more than $2 billion worth of TKO shares, which includes his stock sales to TKO and Endeavor worth $311.2 million in April 2024.

Janel Grant, a former WWE employee, filed a lawsuit in January 2024 against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis. The lawsuit accuses McMahon of sexual assault and sex trafficking. McMahon resigned from TKO/WWE following the lawsuit being filed.
