Vince McMahon, WWE, John Laurinaitis Acknowledge Janel Grant Lawsuit, Have Until May 14 To Respond

The latest on the lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis.

Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis have been issued waivers of summons in regards to Janel Grant's lawsuit against them. The waivers are dated March 15. The parties have 60 days to respond from that date, which would be May 14.

McMahon and WWE have separate counsel. McMahon is being represented by Jessica T. Rosenberg from the Kasowitz Benson Torres firm. WWE is being represented by Daniel Toal from the Paul Weiss firm.

Grant is being represented by Ann Callis.

On January 25, a lawsuit was filed by Janel Grant against Vince McMahon, WWE and former executive John Laurinaitis. The lawsuit accuses McMahon of sex trafficking, emotional abuse, and sexual assault.

McMahon has denied the allegations against him and is under federal investigation.
