Vince Russo is joining Arolucha, at least for these first set of tapings.
Konnan announced that Vince Russo would be a part of the Arolucha project as a script consultant this afternoon:

Russo has had many wrestling writing gigs in the past, all for major promotions. He wrote WWE programing from 1998-1999, then was in charge of WCW creative from 1999 to 2000. He was also part of Impact Wrestling's writing team from 2006 until 2014.
A big issue emerged from his final Impact departure in that it was revealed that he was still working for Impact even though Dixie Carter had told Spike network executives, who wanted Russo out, that he was no longer working for them. It may have played a part Spike's role in canceling Impact at the end of 2014.
Arolucha's first show will be headlined by Rey Mysterio. Matches announced include Mysterio and Pentagon vs. Rush and John Morrison, Jack Evans/Hurricane Helms/Maximo vs. Garza Jr./La Mascara/Daga, MVP vs. Sammy Guevara, Kerya and Lacey Lane vs. Vanilla Vargas and Taya, Demus vs. Mascarita Dorada and Willie Mack vs. Mr. 450
