Vinny Pacifico Announces Role In New Thriller/Horror Film ‘The Hours That Keep Us’

Vinny Pacifico makes a big announcement.

Pacifico has been impressively balancing the world of acting and wrestling for years at this point. It appears that July could be one of his most challenging months yet, as he’s set to film four different movies while still wrestling.

In a new interview with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, Pacifico announced one of his new films, ‘The Hours That Keep Us’.

“I just signed a contract two weeks ago to film in July. I have four movies in July, while wrestling every week, a very big one that I’m excited to announce: The Hours That Keep Us. It’s a thriller-horror film. Tommy Dwyer is directing it. He is phenomenal. It’s with Paige Vanzant, Zach Ward, Mickey Gall, and Chelsea Brea. It’s exciting. I love that this director put in a bunch of combat sports people.”

Later on in the interview, Pacifico talked about his specific goals in acting.

As with wrestling, I want to go to the highest level possible. Same thing with acting. I look at John Cena, The Rock, CM Punk, Edge, and these guys who have done amazing things in both. That’s kind of the goal for me, to be able to do both and get bigger roles, which there are more in the future that I’m working on now. I want to be able to do all of it. As a performer, you can do anything. If you’re a wrestler and want to sing, act or dance, go do those things. We’re performers, and we get to do it all, and it’s a beautiful thing. As a wrestler, you can do and be anything. There are no limits. I want to continue to do as much as I can in both. Doing horror, action, maybe getting into comedy. Definitely voice acting, eventually. I want to continue growing and doing what I’m doing.

As it turns out, different actors love finding out that Vinny Pacifico is a wrestler.

“It’s been crazy. ‘What?! No way! You wrestled Paul London?’ They all go crazy when they find out Gangrel mentored me for a long time. It’s really funny to see how people react. They don’t know, they find out, and then they are showing people.”
