Viper Sees No Reason Why She Can't Win The ICW World Heavyweight Championship

Viper believes that she can do what most people think is impossible.

Next weekend, Insane Championship Wrestling will be presenting their 'Square Go' event and on that show, there is the promotion's annual 30-person over-the-top battle royal and the winner of the match earns a shot at the coveted ICW World Heavyweight Championship. Women and men are featured in this match and former two-time ICW Women's Champion Viper has been a part of the battle royal before and feels that this time around, she could go the distance and become the 22nd and ICW's first women's World Heavyweight Champion.

“It would be another one to add to the history books. I’ve got myself quite into the habit of that recently so why should we stop now? It must seem so far-fetched but if there was ever a time that it was to happen it’s now." Viper said to 'The Sunday Post'"I feel like – and this could come across big headed to people reading this and others on the roster, but I’m arguably one of ICW’s biggest stars so why not? Why couldn’t I do it… I’ve done everything else."

The current ICW Women's Champion Kay Lee Ray is defending her title against NXT UK Women's Champion Toni Storm at 'Square Go'. Viper stated that she'll have her eyes on that match as well because she knows it'll be a great one.

“I’ll have a lot of eyes on that match. Not just because I’d quite like my title back, but also because I know it’ll be a fantastic match,” she says. “The two of them are very close to me so I’m going to be very emotionally invested in that match as well as enjoying it as a fan. They both always put on wrestling clinics and I can’t wait to see what they do this time.”

Both Viper and Kay Lee Ray were reportedly offered WWE contracts. Also, Kay Lee Ray appeared in the crowd at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool which was the event that Toni Storm captured the NXT UK Women's Championship at.
