WALTER To Defend PROGRESS World Title Against Chris Ridgeway At Chapter 84

A big match set for PROGRESS Chapter 84.

On Feb. 24, WALTER will defend his PROGRESS World Title against Chris Ridgeway. WALTER has been PROGRESS World Champion since July 2018 when he defeated Travis Banks. He has defended the title against the likes of Mark Haskins, Zack Sabre Jr., Tyler Bate, Zack Gibson and more.

Ridgeway is coming off a victory over Shigehiro Irie at PROGRESS Chapter 83. Ridgeway and WALTER have never squared off in one-on-one competition.

WALTER recently signed with WWE and is part of their NXT UK brand. He made a surprise appearance at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool on Jan. 12, stepping up to NXT UK Champion Pete Dunne.
