Wardlow has arrived.
Following his attack on Cody at AEW Full Gear, MJF explained his actions on Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite. MJF, interrupting Chris Jericho by using Cody's entrance music, told fans that Cody was trying to hold him down and that Cody is the fakest person on the AEW roster because he only cares about himself. After MJF's explanation, he and Jericho went back-and-forth on the mic over whether or not MJF would be joining the Inner Circle. The dueling mics promo ended with them taking one more shot at Cody before hugging.
The celebration didn't last long as Cody came out to lay out both MJF and Jericho.

Cody's vengeance was short-lived as Wardlow made his debut, aligning himself with MJF to choke out Cody.
