Warrior Wrestling is coming back next month.
The promotion announced that it will have its first event in months on August 7 at Marian Catholic High School's football stadium in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Warrior Wrestling also announced its COVID-19 protocols for the event, which includes everyone in attendance being required to wear masks and anyone running a fever being denied entry into the event. Warrior Wrestling calls the show, titled "Warrior Wrestling: Friday Night Lights," the first wrestling event in the Chicago area in five months.
A number of notable names from other promotions are being advertised for the show, including AEW's Brian Cage, IMPACT's The Rascalz and MLW's Brian Pillman Jr., who is also the Warrior Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.
